This meditation course is composed of two 90-minute sessions over two days, either 1:1 or in a group.

It is for anyone who's interested in meditation. If you're curious about meditation, frustrated with meditation, or want a refresher on your regular practice, you'll get something out of this. Together we'll learn, drop in, and you'll leave with a self sufficient practice that you can tap into any time, any place.
