FITNESS IS HARD. No one wants to tell you that. Most fitness programs and products stress easy, fast, unrealistic results. Here's the good news: Although reaching your fitness goals may not be easy, it is possible.
My training sessions focused on functional fitness with a focus on core development, building muscular strength and endurance and, where applicable, corrective exercise to manage pain and musculoskeletal dysfunction. Each session is completely customized to suit the needs of the user based on fitness level, specific goals and what equipment user has access to.
After a thorough physical assessment, I will design an In-Person Training Package (for NYC-based Labs Members) not only based on where you are but where you want to go. My sessions are conducted with compassion and positivity to create an environment in which you feel comfortable enough to work at the height of your potential. My 1-hour sessions incorporate all of the following elements:
- Strength training
- Functional movement fitness
- Aerobic and anaerobic activity
- Balance training
- Corrective and preventative stabilization training
- Core strength development
