Meet Our Seattle Labs Team: Elizabeth Scallon
Every WeWork Labs location comes equipped with a feature no other space can replicate: the local head of Labs, your region or city's super-connector whose job is to help you fulfill your destiny. Our team members are just as diverse as the Labs and members they lead—a global team with various backgrounds, cultures, interests, and more. In this post, we’re learning a bit about Elizabeth Scallon.

What's your most important piece of advice for startups?
Focus on relationships with your customers, your partners, your employees, and your investors, as the days that businesses act in transactions are over. My second piece of advice is make sure there is demand for your startup's product or service before quitting your day job.
