Biz Dev Week: How to Research and Activate Channel Partnerships

About the Session

In this session we will cover how to find, build and manage a mutually beneficial channel partnership as a budding startup. Ren Butler will briefly talk about why channel partnerships can be extremely helpful for startups beyond just being a faster way to get cash flowing. She will cover outreach development, meaningful first contact, setting up a trial foundation, communicating results and how to best proceed. By the end of this session you should have a framework to build on and at least a few ideas of where to start building your channel partnership opportunities.

Her proven strengths are centered around supporting the identification, testing, and scaling of innovative ideas and practices across early stage startups and large organizations.
