Building Responsive Teams From the Start
About the Session
Most startup founders are so focused building their product, they don’t think about how to build their company. And while you can get away with that for a while, once you start putting a team together, you need to consider what kind of organisation you want to run and what framework you will employ.
Startups often try do away with processes altogether initially. Then they grow, realise they need more structure, and then flip entirely to traditional models of organisational thinking. But these legacy ways of working are built with a focus on efficiency, predictability, and hierarchical control.
Startups, more so than anyone, need organisations that optimise for uncertainty by emphasising agility and experimentation. In this Learning Session we will look at how you can structure your teams to ensure your organisation can continuously adapt and respond to change as you scale.
