For this session, attendees will learn to go beyond the basic Customer Profile 101 that we have been taught at school.
Marie will cover:
How customers' culture is both valid for B2B and B2C.
How understanding the role of 'your contact person' and the decision making process of your clients will completely change how you plan your workflow and timeline (again valid for B2B and B2C).
What to pay attention to 'harmless signs' that could become 'harmful actions' in the long term.
This session will be run by Marie Steiner of Paper & Page. Marie currently manages projects for clients including
AgriSource (Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute, US Dry Bean Council, and USA Dry Pea & Lentil Council), Child’s Dream Foundation, Chulalongkorn University, KLab, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), Kingdom of Thailand.
Before joining PAPER & PAGE, she worked for the Alliance Française Bangkok, a Francophone language and cultural center, where she was responsible for offline and online marketing, as well as Greyhound Café, a famous Thai fashion and restaurant brand, where she supported their expansion into Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore.
