Initially (and still) attached to the HR function, recruiting is now selling and moving more into an outbound marketing approach. With the current talent war, it is now becoming crucial to define a recruitment process similar to a sales process and use automation for some of the tasks.

This session is an introduction to this new sales vision of recruitment, and we will discuss recruitment funnel, kanban, sourcing and workflow.
